Do you have 1-3 years of client service experience in financial services or wealth management? Are you comfortable supporting high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients in a fast-paced environment? We're looking for a Client Associate to: Maintain client information and records in CRM and account management systems. Support client service requests and educate clients on available account services and capabilities. Prepare reports, presentations, and materials for client meetings. Gather and process documentation required for new account openings and ongoing account maintenance. Coordinate team marketing initiatives, events, and administrative activities, including calendar management. The team You'll be working as part of a San Jose-based Wealth Management team. We support high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families in achieving their financial goals through personalized advice, investment solutions, and exceptional client service. Our team is collaborative, client-focused, and committed to delivering a best-in-class wealth management experience. Your skills and experience Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Ideally 1-3 years of client service, administrative support, or financial services experience. Active Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and financial technology platforms. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Knowledge of wealth management, brokerage operations, or capital markets preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
