This role works closely with brokerage professionals to support the execution of transactions across industrial, office, retail, and multifamily sectors, ensuring deals move efficiently from marketing through closing. This position requires someone who understands the mechanics of commercial real estate transactions, can manage detailed documentation with accuracy, and thrives in a fast-paced brokerage environment. Required Skills & Experience
REQUIRED TO WORK IN OFFICE - NO HYBRID OR REMOTE
Multiple years of experience supporting commercial real estate transactions Strong understanding of commercial real estate terminology, deal structures, and transaction processes Experience supporting brokerage teams throughout the full transaction lifecycle, including marketing, underwriting, due diligence, and closing Strong lease abstraction and commercial lease analysis experience with a high level of accuracy and detail Experience preparing or assisting with offering memorandums, investment packages, and transaction marketing materials Familiarity with Argus and commercial underwriting strongly preferred Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to interact professionally with brokers, clients, and internal teams Highly detail-oriented with a strong focus on transaction documentation and financial accuracy Ability to manage competing priorities and tight timelines in a fast-paced environment Self-starter with the ability to anticipate broker needs and proactively support deal progression Preferred Experience Corporate Solutions and Office transaction experience Experience supporting investment sales transactions Familiarity with commercial underwriting and financial analysis Experience supporting industrial, office, retail, and/or multifamily brokerage teams Key Responsibilities Support brokerage teams throughout the commercial transaction process from listing through closing Prepare and coordinate offering memorandums, marketing packages, and transaction documentation Perform detailed lease abstractions and review commercial lease agreements Assist with commercial underwriting and financial analysis using Argus when applicable Track and maintain sales and lease comparable data, transaction activity, and market research Assist with broker opinions of value, estoppels, due diligence materials, and lease analysis Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely transaction deliverables Serve as a key resource to brokerage professionals by supporting deal execution, research requests, and client deliverables
