We promote from within whenever possible and believe our people are our greatest investment. What You'll Do Deliver an exceptional client experience through responsive, proactive service. Open and onboard new client accounts for both Investment and Insurance Clients Process ACAT transfers, money movements, journals, and wire requests. Maintain brokerage, retirement, trust, and advisory accounts. Manage partner calendars Prepare client meeting materials and follow-up items. Maintain CRM records and operational workflows. Handle all service related aspects for risk management and investment clients What We're Looking For Passion for serving clients. Strong organization and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication. Positive, collaborative attitude. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Desire to build a long-term career in wealth management. Desire to learn and grow in the advisory and investment space Experience in an RIA, broker-dealer, financial planning firm, banking, or investment operations is preferred Licensing Candidates will be given the opportunity to pursue their insurance and securities license for career advancement after 90 days of employment.
