Job Description This is a hands-on operations role within a growing wealth management firm that specializes in alternative investments. The person in this position will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day brokerage and advisory operations, helping ensure transactions are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with firm and regulatory standards. While this role will provide support and oversight to a small team of 3-4 advisors, it is much more operational than people-management focused.   • Background in alternative investments.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a manager
  • Series 7 required.
  • Series 24 required
  • Active Series 63 and 65 or Series 66 required.
Experience with alternative investments—including DSTs, 1031 Exchanges, private placements, or similar products—is a strong plus, as alternatives are a key focus area for the firm.
