As we expand, we are looking for talented hospitality professionals to join our team and grow with us. Position Overview The Maître d' guides the guest experience from arrival through departure, managing reservations, seating and the pace of each seating. The ideal candidate has an assured presence, reads situations well and works closely with the team to ensure guests feel recognized and cared for. Pay $10.98 per hour plus tips. Responsibilities Welcome guests and establish a gracious tone for their experience. Review reservations, guest notes, special occasions and seating details before service. Coordinate arrivals and seating transitions to keep the schedule on track. Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns with discretion. Communicate timing, allergies and special requests to chefs and frontofhouse team members. Assist with checks, payments and other service needs as required. Maintain the readiness of guestfacing areas. Complete assigned opening and closing procedures. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of experience in an upscale hospitality setting, such as fine dining, luxury hotels, concierge services or VIP guest services. Strong understanding of service flow and elevated hospitality standards. Poised and comfortable connecting with a wide range of guests. Clear communication and strong interpersonal skills. Ability to anticipate needs and make thoughtful decisions. Excellent attention to detail. Collaborative approach to service. Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
