Commission only | Typical weekly earnings $1,000 to $5,000 based on performance Worxweb Solutions is hiring an Experienced Moving Brokerage Sales Agent for a five-star long distance moving company in Boca Raton, FL. This is a commission-only inbound sales role with consistent lead flow driven by a strong company reputation, active paid search campaigns, and internal SEO. The work is already bringing customers in. Your job is to close them. This role is specifically for candidates who have prior moving brokerage or carrier sales experience and can produce results without a lengthy ramp-up period. What you will be doing You will handle inbound calls and work form-fill data leads from customers seeking long distance moving services, guide them through the quoting and booking process, and close sales. You will contribute to a high-performing sales floor, manage your pipeline professionally, and maintain accurate records. The lead volume here is above average for the industry because of the company's established web presence and ongoing marketing investment, which means your time goes toward selling rather than sourcing. What we are looking for
Must-haves:
Prior sales experience at a moving brokerage or moving carrier Demonstrated track record of closing in a phone-based sales environment Strong communication, consultative selling, and objection handling skills Able to work onsite in Boca Raton, FL on a consistent Monday to Friday schedule Nice to have: Experience working inbound lead queues in a high-volume moving sales environment Familiarity with long distance moving regulations and carrier coordination Compensation Commission only: 20 percent of total deposit per closed sale Typical weekly earnings: $1,000 to $5,000 based on production volume High inbound lead ratio means more time closing and less time prospecting No cap on earnings This is a pure commission role. Earnings reflect performance directly. Agents with moving brokerage experience and consistent closing ability perform well here.
