Job Description
Overview We are an established wealth management practice serving a substantial book of high-net-worth clients, seeking a seasoned Registered Client Associate to serve as the operational backbone of the practice. This is a senior, client-facing role for someone who has done this work for years, values precision above all, and takes pride in flawless execution. Our practice works across multiple custodians and spans advisory, brokerage, and insurance-based solutions, so we need someone comfortable moving accurately between different platforms and product types. You will be trusted with client relationships and account activity from day one.
Responsibilities Onboard new clients:
open and fund accounts, complete and submit paperwork accurately, and manage the full setup process end to end Execute and process advisory and brokerage activity promptly and correctly across multiple custodial platforms Support the processing and servicing of annuity, life insurance, and long-term care cases Serve as a primary point of contact for clients on service matters, account questions, and follow-up Maintain meticulous records in the CRM and ensure data integrity across all systems Coordinate account maintenance, transfers, distributions, and required documentation Partner directly with the lead advisor to prepare for client reviews and meetings Ensure all activity complies with firm and regulatory requirements Qualifications Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 66 (or 63/65)- required Florida Life & Health insurance license (or willingness to obtain)
- preferred 5+ years of experience as a registered client associate, registered sales assistant, or client service associate at a broker-dealer, RIA, or wirehouse A demonstrable track record of accuracy you do not make data-entry or trade-entry mistakes, and you can speak to how you ensure such Fluency with wealth management platforms and CRMs Comfort working across advisory, brokerage, and insurance product lines Strong client communication skills and sound professional judgment Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy practice without sacrificing precision Why Join Us Above-market compensation for the right professional — we pay a premium for excellence ($85,000•105,000 base + performance bonus (10-20%), commensurate with experience) A single, established advisor and a stable, high-quality client base Direct impact and real ownership of the client experience Supportive environment with dedicated administrative support handling clerical workload
