No- This position requires the candidate to report in-person to an office daily in Rochester, MN. Job Summary The Administrative Assistant-Brokerage exhibits professional office expertise and proficient organizational skills to support investment staff. They perform duties independently and initiate judgment with member questions, phone calls and scheduling of appointments. Administrative Assistants
- Brokerage perform a variety of clerical duties in support of member investment activities such as data input, filing, preparation of reports, charts and spreadsheets.
Requirements:
Education and Experience Requirements High school diploma or equivalent AND two years of administrative assistant experience. Current MEFCU employees meeting performance standards may also be considered in lieu of experience.Licensure/Certification:
Securities Licensure, or willingness to obtain within two years of employment. MN State Insurance License, or willingness to obtain within two years of employment. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Employees in this position are expected to possess and demonstrate the following knowledge, skills, and abilities throughout their employment:Knowledge of :
English grammar, punctuation and sentence structure; computers and technical office equipment; phone systems Skill in : strong organizational skills; superior clerical aptitude; excellent written and verbal communication skills; attention to detail and be a highly accurate professional; effective and appropriate decision making.
