A Brokerage Clerk works on behalf of clients at a stock exchange. Delivers orders to securities brokers, checks final orders and keeps a record of transactions; delivers securities, distributes dividends and provides tax calculations for clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Qualifications for this roles include: An active Ohio real estate license (broker license strongly preferred). Experience running a brokerage, office, or producing team, with a proven track record in recruiting, coaching, retention, and P&L management.
COMPENSATION
Base pay of $70,000 - $120,000 based on experience, plus performance bonus tied to net agent count, retention, and market share. If you are merging a brokerage, deal structure is a separate conversation from the compensation above.
