JSO Partners Client Associate (Full-Time) Job Description JSO Partners is a growing wealth management practice that offers financial planning and investment management to individuals and families. Our client associates support our advisors in assisting our clients with investments, tax, retirement, and estate planning. We are seeking candidates that can thrive in a collaborative environment where organization, attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a client-first attitude are essential. Responsibilities Work closely with our advisors to support new and existing client relationships Actively prepare for and participate in client meetings and follow ups Interface with clients through inbound and outbound phone calls and emails Prepare digital and physical documents to establish or transfer accounts, make investment changes, and perform account maintenance Support account opening, transfers, and ongoing account maintenance, coordinating with our trading and operations team as needed Support execution of firm growth initiatives, including client events, referral program administration, and other strategic projects Research client issues with our broker-dealer's home office or other service providers Assist with internal projects to enhance our operations, marketing, and technology Requirements Two references (phone number/email) Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Bachelor's degree required Korean language skills preferred 2-4 years of experience in wealth management, financial services, or a client-facing professional role Commitment to integrity and excellence Strong interpersonal skills and interest in client service Self-starting and self-motivated Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work in a team environment and demonstrate a professional and friendly manner Opportunity Gain exposure to financial services industry Learn fundamentals of wealth management, financial planning, and investments Entrepreneurial environment that welcomes creative ideas and contributions
