Job Description

Responsibilities:
Process and manage clients' surety bond needs — reviewing bid specs/contracts, facilitating information exchange between clients and underwriters, securing approvals, and issuing bonds Deliver excellent customer service to clients, underwriters, and Producers Handle administrative aspects of bond issuance, modifications, renewals, cancellations, invoicing, and database management Review incoming bond applications for completeness and accuracy; enter data into processing systems Organize and maintain electronic bond documents Serve as liaison for updates and inquiries; coordinate with underwriters on any issues Process endorsements and renewals, documenting changes accurately Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations Conduct quality checks to resolve documentation discrepancies Support accounting with billing issue resolution Maintain expertise in surety terms and procedures; may mentor junior analysts Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
3+ years of related insurance experience (support/processing role); surety experience strongly preferred Also open to candidates from P&C support/processing, surety brokerage/agency, insurance brokerage, or other detail-heavy, transaction-based fields (law firm, mortgage, real estate, early childhood development, etc.) Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment processing complex transactions under strict timeframes Outstanding customer service skills and strong team orientation Ability to anticipate and interpret details, executing with confidence Excellent organizational and follow-through skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office; willingness to learn proprietary systems No licensing required Stable work history required (no job hopping)
Schedule:
Hybrid — 1 day onsite (Wednesday) through November, then 3 days onsite (Tuesday-Thursday)
