• Commercial Real Estate & Property Management Redic LLC Princeton Area, New Jersey Flexible | Performance-Based Compensation About Redic Redic LLC is building a commercial real estate brokerage and property management organization serving New Jersey and the surrounding Mid-Atlantic market.

We are seeking an experienced New Jersey-licensed real estate broker to serve as our Broker of Record and help establish the brokerage infrastructure necessary to grow the company. This is an opportunity for an experienced broker who is interested in becoming involved with a growing organization at an early stage and participating financially in that growth, without assuming responsibility for individual sales production or carrying a personal sales quota. The Role The Broker of Record will provide the professional and regulatory oversight required for Redic's New Jersey commercial brokerage and property management activities.

Responsibilities will include:

• Serve as Redic LLC's New Jersey Broker of Record.
• Maintain appropriate oversight of the firm's commercial real estate brokerage activities.
• Assist in establishing and maintaining policies, procedures, transaction controls, recordkeeping, and other requirements necessary for regulatory compliance.
• Review brokerage agreements, listings, leases, transaction documentation, advertising, and related materials as appropriate.
• Supervise affiliated salespersons and broker-salespersons as the brokerage grows.
• Provide guidance regarding New Jersey brokerage practices and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with establishing appropriate procedures relating to escrow or trust funds when applicable.
• Provide brokerage oversight relating to property management, leasing, rent collection, and other licensed activities conducted by the company.
• Work collaboratively with Redic management as the company expands its brokerage and property management platform.

The Broker of Record will not be expected to maintain an individual sales quota, cold-call prospects, or independently generate business for Redic. The broker may, however, originate and participate in transactions if desired and will receive a favorable producer commission structure for business personally generated. Qualifications The successful candidate should have:

• An active New Jersey Real Estate Broker license in good standing .
• Experience in commercial real estate brokerage, property management, or both.
• Strong knowledge of New Jersey Real Estate Commission rules and brokerage compliance requirements.
• Experience supervising real estate salespersons or brokerage operations.
• Familiarity with commercial sales, leasing, investment real estate, property management, and related transaction documentation.
• Strong professional judgment and a practical approach to compliance.
• The ability to work collaboratively with ownership while maintaining the independence and professional authority required of a Broker of Record.

Experience helping establish or grow a brokerage or property management organization is highly desirable. Compensation & Growth Opportunity Redic is developing a compensation structure designed to align the Broker of Record directly with the growth and success of the company. The proposed structure will provide the Broker of Record with opportunities to generate income through commercial brokerage transactions, property management operations, and the continued growth of both business lines , with significant long-term upside as the company expands. The position is intended to be performance

• and revenue-driven rather than based upon a traditional fixed salary or monthly stipend during the company's initial growth stage .

Broker-originated business is not a prerequisite or expectation of the position . However, should the Broker of Record choose to originate or participate directly in transactions, those transactions will be subject to a favorable commission split in favor of the broker . The specific revenue participation and compensation structure will be discussed confidentially and negotiated with the successful candidate. Our objective is to create an arrangement that appropriately compensates the Broker of Record for the professional responsibility of the position while providing meaningful participation in the company's future growth.
