The goal is to create a brokerage operation where an owner can hand MK the responsibility of preparing, marketing, managing, and selling their boat from beginning to end. We have moved boats before. Now we want to build the company, team, and infrastructure around doing it at scale. Who We're Looking For Boat or yacht brokerage experience is preferred, but not required . We are also open to training ambitious people who want to break into the boating industry and build a long-term career in marine sales and brokerage. We are interested in people who are: Experienced in boat, yacht, marine, automotive, RV, luxury, or other high-ticket sales, or highly motivated to learn Comfortable generating their own business and building relationships Confident speaking with boat owners, business owners, and high-value clients Competitive, self-motivated, and comfortable working on commission Strong communicators and negotiators Highly responsive and professional with clients Entrepreneurial and interested in helping build a new division Willing to learn the boating industry, brokerage process, vessel terminology, and transaction workflow Capable of eventually helping lead and develop other brokers as the division grows Existing marine-industry relationships or prior brokerage experience are a significant advantage, but we care just as much about drive, professionalism, sales ability, and willingness to learn.
