Full Job Description Qualifications:

Excellent written and communication skills Strong Organizational skills and ability to multi-task Efficient time management and impromptu task management

Responsibilities:

Assistance with Logistics Coordination for shipments Communicate with freight forwarders for rate negotiation, verification, and billing Coordinate with vendors for bookings creation, modification, and execution to ensure timely shipments Develop, Grow, and maintain relations with Vendors Communicate utilizing available resources for vendor identification and establish new supply chains. Office Administration Processing and preparation of deliverables including contracts and liaising with satellite offices in Asia. Perform administrative tasks within deadlines Ability to assist in overall office management processes including preparation of management deliverables Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned 4-5 month training period with opportunity to grow into a commercial or logistics role full-time. Potential to make this a hybrid position (Work from home) after training period.
