Experienced Warranty Cancellation Clerk Team Gillman is a fast-growing dealership in Texas, and we are currently looking for a Warranty Cancellation Clerk. Job Responsibilities Process new business contracts for extended warranty and insurance products Process and post cancellations per lienholder requests, customer requests and cancellations per statements Ensuring that all required documents are collected for the cancellation process Process refund checks for cancellations to customers or lienholders Maintain the schedules and work the reconciling items on the extended warranty/insurance reconciliations Other duties that may be assigned Education / Experience High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
