What You'll Do As a Client Operations Associate, you'll become an integral part of our operations team by supporting advisors and clients throughout the account lifecycle.
Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and processing client paperwork accurately and efficiently. Assisting with IRA distributions, Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCDs), Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs), account transfers, and other money movement requests. Assist with preparing for client meetings by ensuring all required documentation is complete, organized, and ready for execution, while reviewing submitted paperwork for accuracy and completeness before processing. Coordinating with custodians and financial institutions to ensure requests are completed accurately and promptly. Reviewing paperwork for completeness and regulatory requirements before submission. Maintaining accurate client information within our CRM and operational systems. Monitoring pending transactions and proactively following up to ensure timely completion. Supporting advisors and fellow team members with operational requests and special projects. Helping identify opportunities to improve workflows, increase efficiency, and enhance the overall client experience.
