This role is based in our Bellevue, WA office. Apella is headquartered in CT with offices across the country. As Apella continues to grow it offers clients, employees and advisors a unique experience by taking a team approach to offering the highest quality of service. We get to know our clients very well and use that knowledge to create customized financial, investment and tax plans, and manage their investments. We are looking for a self-starting problem solver, with a strong sense of client service, who can think critically and wants to be part of our team.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to Client Relationship Specialists, Advisors & Planners Complete and process account forms with accuracy within the service level timeframe Process cashiering requests with accuracy and within the service level timeframe Monitor Salesforce cases daily Monitor custodian alerts daily Respond to Client requests for service as needed Responsible for document retention Assist with marketing projects as needed Assist/own Operations projects as needed Perform other duties as needed
Requirements:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Internet, CRM Software Ability to learn & adapt quickly to multiple technology platforms Excellent written & oral communication skills; strong listening skills; professional, positive demeanor Strong attention to detail Strong organizational, prioritization & project management skills Ability to muti-task, manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment Ability to work independently or part of a team 1-3 years financial or investments experience preferred Bachelor's Degree preferred Gallagher's HR & Organizational effectiveness team provides expert guidance and hands-on support in HR, Recruiting, and Payroll to help organizations stay focused on achieving their strategic business goals.
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
