SUMMARY OF DUTIES
The purpose of the position is to function as the Financial Management (FM) focal point for the Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) initiive, as well as, advise the Comptroller and Wing Commander in all mters reling to FM FIAR within the FM community. The incumbent will provide direction and leadership, under the Comptroller's authority, towards the planning, implementing and achievement of the FM FIAR initiive within the Wing. This work requires knowledge and skill in the applicion of reled laws, regulions, precedents, methods, and techniques of budgeting. Provides administrive oversight of the Quality Assurance (QA) Program. Independently conducts various reviews to assess organizional performance. Focal point for fraud prevention. Facilites monthly QA meetings and prepares minutes. Performs other duties as assigned. GENERAL EXPERIENCE

SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE
All personnel must be certified the next higher level before being eligible for th level. Experiences gained through military technical training schools are included in the one-year on-the-job experience. Must have fundamental working experiences with a valided understanding of the basic principles and concepts of the occupional series and grade. The applicant's educional degree study program or military or civilian academic courses may substitute for some specialized experience.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
: Completed undergradue or gradue educion, the awarded college degree should be in one of, or a combinion of the following disciplines: accounting, business, finance, economics, mh, stistics, industrial management, marketing, quantitive methods, or organizional management. FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
The certificion will not be used as a mandory requirement in DoD hiring systems. A member who is not certified may still qualify for a position th requires DoD financial management certificion as a condition of employment. The most qualified individual selected for a position. Members of the financial management workforce are required to participe in the Financial Management Certificion Program; therefore, achieving certificion is a condition of employment. Members of the financial management workforce must achieve the approprie certificion level for their positions within 2 years of notificion of applicable certificion requirements or the period of any extension. The financial management certificion program supports the professional development of the financial management workforce and provides a framework for a standard body of knowledge across all DoD financial business programs.
