MANAGEMENT ANALYST - TITLE
5, GS-0343-9, you will review organizional informion regarding inventory management, storage management, equipment coordinion, reports, regulions, and activity mission stements to identify objectives and priorities regarding stock record operions. Conduct troubleshooting and management studies to ascertain the need for changes in existing management systems or methods of operion. Provide management consulting services to improve operions for the ste. Provide liaison assistance to external organizions with responsibility for coordining their activities with the USPFO. Conduct management studies, prepare documents to present findings identifying and recommending corrective action. Perform supervisory and managerial responsibilities of assigned personnel. Define and interpret governing policies, procedures and regulions. Advise management of opering areas risk of not achieving desired performance and recommends corrective actions. Develop opering procedures and instructions. Assign and review work to ensures production and accuracy requirements are met. Effect minor disciplinary measures and recommend actions in more serious cases. Identify developmental and training needs of employees. Improve production and develop performance measures, as needed. CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
May be required to successfully complete a trial period. Participion in direct deposit is mandory. May be subject to furlough actions. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE
Must have least one (1) year experience the next lower level in the normal line of progression through federal service (GS-07) or equivalent experience in the prive or public sector th demonstres the experience and knowledge of the Nional Guard organizional structures, functions, procedures, and techniques. Experience analyzing, interpreting and developing policies and procedures of local management pertaining to supply management. Experience reviewing, analyzing, and resolving conflicts ensuring regulory requirements are still met. Experience properly identifying, maintaining, and protecting official records such as stock records, supply transaction documents, etc.
