is an employee-owned federal government contractor supporting national priority programs through our strategic solutions in Information Technology, Test & Evaluation, Program Mission Support, Engineering & Analysis, and Training.As our next Program Management Analyst for NAVAIR, you'll collaborate with talented professionals to create innovative, mission-critical solutions that empower naval aviation and defense operations. Your expertise will help shape cutting-edge systems, enhance national security, and drive technological advancement for our nation.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the management and execution of funding and procurement for the GSSA
- Provide reports, data calls, and attend meetings as required
- Analyze financial data, funding statements, and expenditure reports
- Prepare reports and projections based on financial data.
- Forecast project future expenditures
- Monitor budgets and compare actual performance against targets
- Prepare clear reports, charts, and presentations to guide financial decisions
- Ability to perform programmatic analysis (planning, scheduling, workload analysis, risk analysis)
- Ability to work with project schedules, track tasking, and provide status to leadership and the PMA
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
- Effective communication skills, including ability to develop and present briefing slides
- Other duties as assigned Qualifications
- Current/active DoD Secret clearance, ability to obtain Top Secret, must be a US Citizen.
- Familiarization with CSPT, PMT, and ERP
- 5+ years of related work experience.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, or accounting (desired) Pay Transparency Statement
