This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detailed budget work and cross-departmental collaboration. What you'll do: Build annual line-item budgets for an assigned portfolio of sites Modify budgets throughout the year based on spending and funding changes Submit close-out budgets and maintain accurate records across all versions Serve as the main point of contact between funders, Program, and Revenue teams What you'll need: BS in Accounting or Finance 3-5+ years of accounting and budget preparation experience Familiarity with government contract fiscal management (federal, state, and city agencies) Strong Excel skills Sharp attention to detail and comfort working under deadlines What's offered: Full health insurance (medical, dental, vision) with a family coverage option Generous PTO 401(k) with company contribution
