00 This position is fully in person and attends in person meetings. This position is responsible for assisting in the development of departmental budgets and Workday approvals. Position is responsible for reviewing organizational and departmental budgets to ensure completeness and accuracy. Demonstrates effective teamwork by interacting in a positive manner with colleagues and creating a collaborative work environment and has a high attention to detail. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Participates with finance team to develop budgets, reporting and controls. This position will maintain Workday approvals for job changes including approved hours (FTEs) and job requisitions. Will assist in error reporting for the Position Control report in Workday and provide feedback to managers throughout the organization. Assist in mapping new accounts and department codes in Strata. Helps with maintenance and analysis relating to the Manual of Financial Relationships and inter-institutional calculations. Performs ad-hoc requests regarding payroll/FTE and general ledger data. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in finance or related field
  • required less than 1 year of finance experience
  • required less than 1 year of healthcare finance experience
  • preferred Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Office (High proficiency) Knowledge of Workday and Strata (Low proficiency) Strong communication skills, written & verbal (High proficiency) Attention to detail and accuracy (High proficiency) Strong organizational skills (Medium proficiency) Equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be substituted as appropriate.
