Organize and manage effort data for multiple studies and support quarter-end analysis by preparing, reviewing, and summarizing effort allocation information. Collaborate with financial analysts to justify offsets, ensure proper allocation of resources, and address questions related to effort tracking and budget alignment. Work closely with Medicare Coverage Analysts, Financial Analysts, Accounting Specialists, study teams, and the CTMS vendor to ensure data consistency across systems and to resolve budget build and effort discrepancies. Support financial reconciliation across studies by collaborating on the alignment of executed agreements, vendor payables, revenue tracking, and billing accuracy. Apply a strong understanding of coverage analysis and clinical trial financial workflows to ensure billing accuracy and adherence to institutional and regulatory expectations. Communicate clearly and professionally with internal stakeholders and external vendors, providing updates, clarifications, and documentation to support efficient budget and effort processes. Essential Skills Hands-on experience with CTMS calendar build and budget build functionality, including supporting and managing budget builds within the system. Demonstrated experience bridging clinical trial data into actionable budget inputs within a CTMS environment. Experience collaborating with financial analysts, accounting specialists, and post-award teams on financial reconciliation, revenue tracking, and billing accuracy. Demonstrated ability to ensure budgets adhere to institutional guidelines and standard operating procedures. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience answering detailed vendor questions related to CTMS budget and calendar builds and minimizing turnaround times for clarifications. Prior involvement in troubleshooting and testing CTMS configurations, including visit structures and subject management workflows. Experience supporting new or evolving effort tracking processes, particularly those involving study team time and effort entry. Familiarity with Workday or similar enterprise financial systems for offset tracking and reconciliation. Ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, including coverage analysts, financial analysts, accounting specialists, and study teams.
