Monitor and analyze portions of a large, multi-funding source Medicaid budget Develop monthly projections and estimate the fiscal impact of state or federal initiatives Coordinate the development of biennial budget proposals and create implementation timetables for policy proposals Analyze complex, shifting federal and state regulations to assess program impacts and develop strategic policy options Prepare statistical, budgetary, and summary management reports on expenditures and service cost analysis for leadership review Draft clear budget papers, policy development activities, and responses to questions from state and federal officials Represent the bureau in inter-divisional meetings and serve as a subject matter expert on Medicaid budget proposals and regulations
What You'll Bring:
