Secret The Opportunity:
The person in this role will provide senior program analysis, program control, cost estimating, budget planning and acquisition support for a Joint Interagency Task Force reporting to the Deputy Secretary of Defense.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop Program Objective Memorandum (POM), APRV, SPAR and budget submissions.
  • Prepare POE, LCCE, ICE, CARD, CCA, BCA and affordability analyses.
  • Utilize ACEIT for cost estimating and analysis.
  • Review contractor proposals, labor rates, WBS, ODCs and overhead.
  • Support acquisition milestones, resource planning and program execution.
  • Provide earned value guidance and executive decision support.
  • Perform fiscal law, appropriation and financial analysis.
Required Skills:
  • Bachelor's in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics or related discipline with 15+ years (or Master's with 10+ years where applicable).
  • Experience with ACEIT and/or DoD program analysis.
  • Strong Excel, analytical and communication skills.
  • Secret clearance.
Desired Skills:
  • Experience with DoD acquisition, cost estimating, POM, PPBE, fiscal law, earned value, WBS, CARD, ICE, LCCE.
  • Ability to work independently and brief senior leadership.
Salary Range:
$160K - $190K (varying by experience and position)
