Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) who will work on-site to lead our organization's financial planning, management, and reporting functions. The CFO will be instrumental in shaping the company's financial strategy, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and driving sustainable growth through innovative financial solutions. This role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced finance leader to influence corporate direction, oversee complex financial operations, and foster a culture of fiscal responsibility and excellence. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in finance, management, and strategic planning. Duties Develop and execute comprehensive financial strategies aligned with organizational goals to maximize revenue growth and operational efficiency. Lead risk analysis initiatives to identify potential financial threats and implement mitigation strategies in accordance with industry regulations Supervise budgeting processes, expense control, cost management, and cost control initiatives Oversee regulatory reporting obligations and ensure adherence to financial compliance standards Manage the finance team by providing leadership, mentorship, and supervision to ensure high performance across all financial functions. Interpret complex financial data to inform executive decision-making through detailed financial report writing and analysis.
Minimum Qualifications:
BS in Business Administration - or emphasis/concentration in accounting Minimum seven (7) years' experience in accounting, last two/three years in supervisory position CPA preferred Join us as our Chief Financial Officer if you're ready to leverage your expertise in finance leadership to shape our future success!
