The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable overseeing day-to-day accounting operations while also serving as a strategic advisor to ownership and executive leadership. This individual will play a key role in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, operational improvement, and long-term planning. This opportunity is ideal for a finance leader who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, building strong teams, and driving growth through sound financial management. Key Responsibilities Lead all accounting and finance operations Oversee month-end and year-end close processes Manage financial reporting and financial statement preparation Direct budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning Develop and monitor KPIs and business performance metrics Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements Oversee internal controls, risk management, and audit activities Partner with leadership on strategic planning and growth initiatives Manage banking relationships, treasury functions, and cash management Provide financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies Lead, mentor, and develop accounting and finance staff Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance CPA preferred Progressive accounting and finance leadership experience Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting Experience overseeing accounting, FP&A, budgeting, and treasury functions Proven leadership and team development skills Strong business acumen and strategic mindset Excellent communication and executive presentation abilities Hands-on approach with the ability to operate both strategically and tactically If you're looking for an opportunity to have a seat at the table, influence key business decisions, and help shape the future of an organization, we'd love to speak with you. #LI-DB2 #
