  • Partner with executive leadership and Board on financial performance and growth
  • Build scalable systems, processes, and team structure for long-term sustainability Qualifications for the Chief Financial Officer (CFO):
  • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience
  • Experience in nonprofit finance and grants management required
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems, reporting, and accounting principles
