Mill Pond Veterinary Hospital is looking for a dependable Veterinary Technician to join our established small animal practice. We believe in utilizing our technicians to the fullest, encouraging continued learning, and creating a workplace where collaboration and respect come first. What You'll Do As an important member of our clinical team, you'll help deliver outstanding medical care by: Assisting veterinarians during examinations, treatments, and procedures Preparing patients for surgery and monitoring anesthesia throughout procedures Recovering surgical patients and providing attentive post-operative care Performing venipuncture, IV catheter placement, laboratory sample collection, and in-house diagnostics Assisting with radiology and other diagnostic procedures Monitoring hospitalized patients and documenting medical records accurately Educating pet owners on medications, home care, and preventive medicine Supporting daily treatment room operations while working closely with the veterinary team What We're Looking For We're interested in candidates who have: CVT credential preferred; experienced veterinary technicians are welcome to apply At least two years of experience in a veterinary hospital Confidence with anesthesia monitoring and surgical support Strong patient handling and nursing skills Excellent communication and organizational abilities A positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to compassionate care Why Mill Pond Veterinary Hospital?
