$270,000-$300,000 +

CFO:
Lead all finance, accounting, FP&A, forecasting, and reporting functions Serve as the strategic financial advisor to the President & COO Oversee land development, homebuilding, and land acquisition finance Evaluate investments, acquisitions, and capital allocation decisions Lead budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and financial modeling Build scalable processes, controls, and reporting capabilities Develop and mentor finance and accounting team Qualifications for the
CFO:
Master's degree required CPA preferred 10+ years of finance leadership experience in land development, homebuilding, and/or land acquisition Experience leading finance for complex, multi-entity organizations Strong leadership, communication, and business partnering skills Must be willing to work onsite #LI-EM2 #
