Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, CPA or candidate a plus Must have past experience in:- Accounting - designing and implementing "best practices" policies and procedures for accounting, reporting, bookkeeping, and billing functions

- We are willing to train the right candidate Responsible for:
- Managing the process and assembling all the necessary data and information
- General Ledger, Financial Statement, Cash Management, Payroll and Tax Returns
- Accounts Payable
- Budgeting and Job Costing processes
- Rent collections, Lease drafting
- Common Area Maintenance Reconciliation Skills and Abilities
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, and Excel).
- Communicate verbally and in writing in a professional manner.
- Service, detail, and multi-task oriented
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent communication & relationship building skills
- Sage 300 Construction Real Estate Software Formerly Timberline/experience a plus
