Plans, organizes, directs, interprets, coordinates, monitors, records, and asministers the financial activities of MRHC including, but not limited to finance, accounting, internal controls, and auditing to insure smooth and efficient operations. Supervises, instructs, and evaluates the following departments, services, and/or special functions: Payroll/Accounts Payable, Business Office, Purchasing, Medical Records, Environmental Services, and Dietary. Coordinates the annual budget process. Develops MRHC's annual operating and capital budgets; monitors performance and takes corrective action when appropriate to maintain control of financial resources; and educates/supports department managers regarding financial/budget matters. Reviews and analyzes departmental variance reports by comparing actual results to budget. Provides data and recommendations to department heads and administration where significant variances are identified. Participates as a member of MRHC's core management team collaborating with team members in facility-wide management and fiscal decision-making including, but not limited to, strategic planning; development of long and short-term goals and objectives; developing and monitoring capital expense, and revenue budgets; reviewing budget variances for approval/denial. This is a full-time position (80 hours per pay period) with Manning Regional Healthcare Center. MRHC is an equal opportunity employer.

MRHC pays a portion of the premium for full-time and part-time employees (Premiums are part of our cafeteria plan so you do not pay federal, state or FICA taxes on these premiums). Life Insurance Program $10,000 term insurance. Eligible the first of the month following 30-days of hire if working more than 20 hours per week. 100% of the premium paid by MRHC for all employees working over 20 hours per week (Must sign up to receive this benefit!). An additional $90,000 can be purchased by the employee on themselves. Term dependent life is available on your spouse and children at affordable group rates. These premiums are not pre-tax. Dental Insurance Program Eligible the first of the month following 30-days of hire if working more than 28 hours per week. 100% of the premium paid by the employee. Can select either single, employee & spouse, or family coverage - (Premiums are part of our cafeteria plan so you do not pay federal, state or FICA taxes on these premiums). Vision Insurance Program Eligible the first of the month following 30-days of hire if working more than 28 hours per week. 100% of the premium paid by the employee. Can select either single, employee & spouse, or family coverage - (Premiums are part of our cafeteria plan so you do not pay federal, state or FICA taxes on these premiums). 401(k) Retirement Plan MRHC matches 50% up to an employee 6% contribution. Employees can sign up and participate after one year of employment at MRHC - new employee enrollment is on January 1st and July 1st each year. Section 125 Cafeteria Plan Eligible the first of the month following 30-days of hire. Childcare payroll deduction limitations must meet IRS guidelines. Annual sign-up is January 1st of each year, and employees must sign new forms each year (Employees can change deductions during the year only if there is a change in family status). Long Term Disability Insurance All full-time employees eligible the first of the month following 30-days of hire. 100% of the premium paid by MRHC. 90-calendar day elimination period for coverage. Short Term Disability Insurance All full-time employees eligible the first of the month following 30-days of hire. 100% of the premium paid by employee. 14-calendar day elimination period for coverage.
