Job Description Manage the company's accounting and tax operations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Review High-Networth Individual tax returns Oversee financial reporting and ensure accuracy in all financial statements. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency. Lead audits and collaborate with external auditors as needed. Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership. Ensure timely and accurate filing of all tax returns and related documentation. Monitor and manage financial risks, identifying areas for improvement. Stay updated on changes in tax laws and accounting standards relevant to the technology and telecoms industry. The Successful Applicant A successful Chief Tax Officer should have: 6+ years of strong experience in high-networth tax Comprehensive knowledge of financial reporting standards and tax regulations. Proficiency in financial management systems and tools. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Ability to provide strategic financial insights and recommendations. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving capabilities What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $150,000 to $180,000 annually.
