Will manage a team of 4 in accounting as well as IT and HR Manager. Oversee, provide guidance to accounting manager and be involved with the preparation of financials for the 3 separate entities Oversee HR, benefits administration, outsourced IT functions, insurance programs, and key legal relationships Drive process improvement initiatives and restore financial discipline across the organization Manage contract negotiations, banking relationships, vendor partnerships, and strategic business agreements The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will serve as a key advisor to ownership on growth initiatives, acquisitions, and overall business strategy Qualifications for the Chief Financial Officer (CFO): 15+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience within manufacturing, industrial related environments Prior CFO, Controller, or senior finance leadership experience with hands-on operational responsibility Proven background overseeing finance, HR, IT departments is a must have The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) must have experience negotiating contracts/banking relationships, and cross-functional business operations Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA and/or MBA preferred #LI-DF1 #
