Fractional CFO:

Serve as a strategic finance partner to ownership and executive leadership Manage and strengthen banking, lending, and external financial relationships Lead financing, refinancing, and underwriting activities across a real estate portfolio Perform hold-versus-sell analyses and provide recommendations that support investment objectives Develop financial models, cash flow forecasts, projections, and long-range planning analyses Evaluate potential investment opportunities and support capital allocation decisions Oversee portfolio and corporate budgeting processes Review financial performance and provide actionable insights to leadership Assist with business planning, special projects, and strategic initiatives Partner with the accounting team to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting Utilize Yardi and other financial systems to support reporting and analysis Qualifications for the

Fractional CFO:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced degree and/or CPA are welcome but not required 5+ years' experience as a CFO, VP of Finance, Director of Finance, or similar senior finance leadership role Strong background in real estate, property management, investments, private equity, development, or asset management environments a plus, but not required Knowledge in underwriting, financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic analysis a plus Experience negotiating and managing commercial lending relationships a plus Ability to translate complex financial data into meaningful business recommendations Experience with Yardi or similar software a plus, but not required #INSEP2026
