As our organization continues to expand, we are seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team and help guide the company's financial strategy and future growth. Position Overview The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) serves as a key member of the executive leadership team and is responsible for overseeing all financial operations of the organization. This role provides strategic financial leadership while ensuring the company maintains strong financial performance, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and long-term financial stability. The CFO will lead financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, accounting, treasury management, risk management, financial reporting, and business performance optimization. The successful candidate will work closely with executive leadership to support strategic decision-making, identify growth opportunities, and maximize organizational value. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company's long-term business objectives.
  • Lead all accounting, finance, treasury, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting functions.
  • Prepare and oversee accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital allocation strategies.
  • Oversee annual budgeting and financial planning processes.
  • Establish and maintain strong internal controls, compliance procedures, and financial governance standards.
  • Lead internal and external audits and ensure compliance with all applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor financial performance and provide actionable recommendations to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate investment opportunities, business initiatives, and strategic growth projects.
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team while fostering professional development and accountability.
  • Maintain relationships with banks, auditors, investors, and external financial partners.
  • Identify and mitigate financial, operational, and regulatory risks. Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial leadership experience, including senior management responsibilities.
  • Strong background in corporate finance, accounting, financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and risk management.
  • Proven experience leading financial operations within a growing organization.
  • Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, compliance requirements, and corporate governance practices. Preferred Qualifications
  • CPA, CFA, MBA, or other advanced professional credentials.
  • Experience within private equity-backed companies, investment management, financial services, or large corporate environments.
  • Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, capital raising, or strategic growth initiatives. Benefits
