Job Description

Job description The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the company's financial strategy, treasury management, financial planning and analysis, reporting, compliance, audits, banking relationships, real estate leasing negotiations, and contract negotiations. This executive will partner closely with the current CFO and leadership team to support growth, protect financial health, and negotiate favorable financial and vendor agreements. The candidate will bring deep experience in banking, corporate finance, risk management, and contract review. Responsibilities will include assisting the current CFO in the following: Develop and present financial strategy, capital planning, and tax recommendations to the CEO and executive leadership team Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making Oversee cash flow, liquidity, debt management, working capital, and banking relationships Manage financial reporting, audits, internal controls, and regulatory compliance requirements Negotiate and review banking agreements, credit facilities, vendor contracts, and other key financial arrangements Evaluate financial risks, investment opportunities, and contract terms to protect the company's interests and improve profitability Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, operations, and executive leadership on major agreements and long-term growth initiatives Qualifications Strong analytical, financial modeling, and strategic planning skills 4-6+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, preferably with a background in banking or financial services and real estate management Demonstrated experience negotiating contracts, lending agreements, and complex financial arrangements Deep knowledge of financial reporting, treasury management, risk analysis, real estate, real estate taxes & insurance, and compliance CPA, MBA, or other advanced finance credential preferred but not required Skills & Competencies Detail-oriented with strong compliance awareness Effective problem-solver Ability to prioritize and manage multiple companies Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills What We Offer Competitive salary Health, dental, and vision insurance Up to 15 paid personal days Eight paid holidays Four-and-a-half-day work week (34 hours) 401(k) retirement plan with company matching Professional development opportunities Company supplied vehicle Relaxed dress code
