We are looking for an experienced executive who can help us strengthen the organization, improve execution, and take the business to the next level. This is a hands-on leadership role with a heavy focus on operations. We want someone who can step into a business, quickly identify what is working and what is not, create structure, improve accountability, and drive measurable results. Responsibilities Lead day-to-day operations across the business Improve shop flow, vehicle throughput, processes, and overall efficiency Develop pay plans, performance structures, and accountability Oversee financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and profitability Work directly with ownership on strategy, growth, and major business decisions What We Are Looking For We are looking for a proven executive with a track record of improving, restructuring, or turning around organizations . The right person knows how to build stronger systems, develop leaders, improve execution, and increase profitability. Automotive experience is a strong plus, but not required.
