Senior Director, Business Unit CFO Location:

Parsippany, NJ | Onsite ~4 days/week We are seeking a senior finance leader to own the financial performance of a large, global manufacturing business unit. This role will partner directly with the Business Unit GM and senior leadership team, with full responsibility for business performance from revenue through EBITDA , including planning, forecasting, capital allocation, profitability, and strategic decision support. Key Requirements Deep experience within a large, global manufacturing organization Experience supporting a complex, multinational business unit or product portfolio Full P&L ownership from revenue through EBITDA Strong business partnership experience with senior operational leadership Broad cross-functional finance experience supporting: Commercial / Sales Manufacturing / Operations R D / Product Development Pricing and Margin Management Capital Allocation / Investment Decisions Supply Chain Experience leading annual planning, forecasting, long-range planning, and performance management Strong understanding of manufacturing economics, cost structure, margins, and profitability Proven ability to lead and develop a global finance team Experience operating within a large, matrixed corporate environment Background 10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience Large-company manufacturing experience strongly preferred Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field MBA preferred This is a senior business-facing finance leadership role.
