Job Description
Overview We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead financial operations within the Utilities Industry. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in corporate finance, regulatory compliance, financial analysis, and strategic planning. This executive role requires a visionary leader capable of guiding fiscal management, risk assessment, and business development initiatives to support sustainable growth and industry compliance. The CFO will oversee all financial activities, ensuring alignment with industry standards such as GAAP, IFRS, IAS, and COSO frameworks while fostering a culture of integrity and excellence. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies aligned with corporate goals and industry regulations. Oversee financial reporting, interpretation of financial statements, and ensure compliance with GAAP, IFRS, IAS, and other relevant standards. Manage budgeting processes, expense control, cost management, and financial forecasting analysis to optimize profitability. Lead treasury management activities including cash flow forecasting, liquidity management, and risk mitigation strategies. Supervise accounting functions such as corporate accounting, governmental accounting, tax accounting, cost accounting, and payroll management. Ensure adherence to regulatory reporting requirements including
