About the Company The ideal candidate will currently hold the title of CFO with forecasting, budgeting, and cost of productivity experience in multi-entity manufacturing environment. There will be responsibility for financial strategy and management of the organization planning, implementing, managing, and controlling accounting, finance, forecasting, strategic planning, FP&A, supply chain, revenue cycle, investor relationships and partnerships. About the Role Essential Responsibilities Assess and evaluate financial performance of organization with regard to long term operational goals, budgets and forecasts. Provide insight and recommendations of a growth plan for the organization. Identify, acquire and implement systems and software. Establish financial objectives that align with plans for growth and expansion. Oversee compliance with all applicable reporting requirements. Evaluate risk and recommend appropriate financial protections. Manage the financial and reporting systems of the organization. Provide financial analysis in support of strategic and business initiatives. Prepare and present monthly financial budget, profit and loss, and weekly cash flow. Regularly review and analyze financial results and provide recommendations. Manage financial planning and analysis. Oversee maintenance and backup of all accounting systems. Oversee the preparation of timely filing of all local, state, and federal tax returns. Oversee the month end close process. Serve as a key point of contact for external auditors. Oversee cash, investments and asset management. Maintain external relationships with banking, vendors and business partners. Engage finance committee and board of directors. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA or MBA. 10 years minimum experience as a VP of Finance or CFO. Outstanding knowledge and understanding of GAAP and IFRS. 5+ years working in the chemical manufacturing industry.
