Job Description

Description Community Options, Inc., a leading national nonprofit supporting individuals with disabilities, is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer to join the executive leadership team. Reporting to the President & CEO, the CFO provides overall financial leadership for the organization overseeing a $500M+ budget, forecasting, audits, compliance, payroll, billing, property management, and financial systems. This role serves as a key advisor to executive leadership and the Board of Trustees, supporting long-term growth, sustainability, and operational excellence. We offer a competitive starting salary of $278,000-$350,000, along with an incentive bonus and relocation assistance. Key Responsibilities Lead financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Oversee financial reporting, audits, tax filings, and regulatory compliance Ensure effective revenue cycle management and government billing compliance Manage banking relationships, financing, contracts, and property-related matters Support organizational growth, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives Train and support leadership on financial processes and compliance Demonstrate knowledge of and openness to emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence, to enhance financial analysis, operational efficiency, and data-informed decision-making Qualifications Master's degree in finance, accounting, or related field CPA preferred Strong expertise in financial planning, compliance, and leadership Why Community Options Competitive salary, bonus potential, comprehensive benefits starting Day 1, generous
