Job Summary Optimum's Consumer Services FP&A team is looking for a Sr. Director, Financial Planning & Analysis to lead financial consolidation, executive reporting, headcount and non-personnel forecasting. This is a highly visible leadership role with direct exposure to senior executives and the opportunity to build and shape a team from the ground up. As the Sr. Director, you will serve as a trusted strategic partner to the VP, FP&A and the executive leadership team, translating complex financial data into clear executive narratives while leading a team of three finance leaders across distinct functional areas. You'll bring structure, rigor, and scalable process to a high-growth, high-visibility function within one of the country's leading connectivity companies. Responsibilities Own and manage operations financial consolidation, executive reporting, headcount forecasting, non-personnel forecasting, and month end consolidation. Lead, develop, and hold accountable a team of three direct reports - each owning a distinct functional area Serve as the primary finance business partner for C-level planning and reporting cycles Drive the monthly and quarterly financial close and forecast processes across the pillar Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all executive financial deliverables, including board-level materials Partner cross-functionally with Operations, HR, and other cross functional teams to align on financial plans and priorities Build scalable processes, reporting infrastructure, and governance frameworks across the pillar Lead hiring, onboarding, and performance development for your team Qualifications 10+ years of progressive FP&A or finance leadership experience 3+ years leading managers or multi-functional finance teams A proven track record owning executive-level financial reporting and consolidations Experience operating within a large, complex organization - telecom, technology, or consumer services strongly preferred Experience partnering with front line operational organizations driving growth Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills across both personnel and non-personnel cost A demonstrated ability to recruit, develop, and retain high-performing finance talent Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting a C-suite executive as a direct finance partner Background in headcount planning or workforce financial management MBA or equivalent advanced degree At Optimum, every action and interaction we take part in, is driven by our three

The starting pay rate/range at time of hire for this position in the posted location is$161,186.00-$230,265.00/ year. The rate/range provided herein is the anticipated pay at the time of hire, and does not reflect future job opportunity.
