We are hiring a Chief Financial Officer to lead accounting, financial reporting, and finance strategy from our downtown Lake Oswego office. This is a senior, hands-on executive seat: you'll own the close, the controls, and the reporting ownership relies on

• and lead the team that delivers it. We welcome candidates form a property management OR a mortgage/lending background. What you'll do Own the full accounting cycle: month-end, quarter close, multi-entity consolidations, and financials Deliver timely, accurate reporting to ownership and act as a financial partner to the principal Lead, mentor, and develop a senior accounting team
• set the standard and raise it Oversee cash management, banking and leder relationships, and treasury function Bring discipline to the close and translate the numbers into decisions What you bring 10+ years of accounting and finance experience with a strong background in either property management accounting or mortgage/lending
• we welcome either Proven experience in managing senior-level staff
• not just junior reports Strong business acumen: you translate financials into clear, actionable guidance for ownership Relevant systems experience to your domain (Yardi Voyager, QuickBooks, Nortridge Loan Systems, or similar) CPA or relevant degree preferred
