Part-time schedule with benefits and strong work-life balance Responsibilities Lead all accounting, finance, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting functions Oversee cash management, grant funding drawdowns, and financial compliance requirements Manage and mentor the finance team, ensuring strong internal controls and process improvement Direct annual audit preparation and serve as the primary liaison with external auditors Oversee monthly and year-end close processes, general ledger accuracy, and financial statement preparation Provide executive leadership with budget analysis, financial planning, FP&A support, and strategic recommendations Administer and oversee the organization's 401(k) plan and related compliance activities Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance a strong + 6+ years of progressive accounting and finance leadership experience, including nonprofit finance, audits, and budget management Demonstrated success leading finance teams, managing financial reporting, and overseeing complex funding or grant-related processes Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation based on experience Medical, dental, and vision benefits 401(k) plan Paid time off and holidays Part-time schedule (approximately 32 hours weekly) with benefits eligibility About CFS Creative Financial Staffing (CFS) is an employee-owned company through its ESOP (Employee Stock Ownership Plan), creating a culture focused on long-term relationships, accountability, and shared success.
