Lead the preparation of detailed financial reports, interpret financial statements, and communicate insights to senior leadership for informed decision-making. Manage treasury functions such as cash flow forecasting, risk analysis, banking relationships, and liquidity management to support operational needs. Supervise budgeting processes, financial projection model development, expense management, and cost control initiatives to ensure fiscal discipline. Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements including SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act), ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition), COSO (Committee of Sponsoring Organizations), and other relevant standards. Oversee risk management practices by conducting thorough risk analysis and implementing mitigation strategies across financial operations. Lead Mergers & Acquisitions activities by evaluating potential opportunities, conducting due diligence, valuation analysis, negotiation support, and integration planning. Manage finance team operations including supervision of accounting staff, payroll management, financial software systems implementation, and training initiatives. Drive business development efforts through fundraising activities for organizational growth or expansion projects while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. Experience Proven senior leadership experience in finance or CFO roles within large organizations or non-profit entities with a focus on strategic management and financial oversight. Extensive background in accounting systems implementation, financial analysis, reporting standards (GAAP/IFRS/IAS), and technical accounting practices such as ASC 606 and IFRS standards. Demonstrated expertise in risk management practices including SOX compliance and internal controls such as COSO frameworks. Strong knowledge of industry-specific regulations related to governmental accounting or supply chain finance is preferred. Experience leading mergers & acquisitions processes from due diligence through integration with a focus on value creation. Skilled in financial modeling, forecasting analysis, budget development, revenue cycle management, and cost control strategies.
