Job Description

Chief Financial Officer Our client is seeking a strategic and highly analytical Chief Financial Officer to serve as a key executive partner in a growing, multi-site manufacturing organization. The ideal candidate is an energetic, hands-on leader who combines financial rigor with operational business acumen, challenges assumptions, and thrives in a lean, fast-moving environment where executives are expected to both lead and execute. This role is a hybrid model in Vancouver, Washington. Chief Financial Officer Responsibilities Lead enterprise Finance, Human Resources, and Information Technology functions while partnering with executive leadership and ownership on growth, profitability, and organizational strategy. Drive financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, cash management, and performance analysis across multiple manufacturing locations, identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve margins. Provide executive-level financial insights, KPI reporting, and performance recommendations to senior leadership, the Board, investors, and other key stakeholders. Partner with operations to strengthen inventory management, working capital, site performance, process efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives. Oversee M&A financial due diligence and integration support, ERP and technology strategy, cybersecurity, risk management, audit, compliance, and enterprise systems optimization. Chief Financial Officer Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related required; CPA strongly preferred, with an MBA or other advanced business degree or accounting specific certification considered a plus. 15+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including CFO, VP of Finance, or comparable senior executive experience within a multi-site manufacturing environment. Demonstrated ability to operate as a strategic, analytical financial leader who digs beyond reported results to identify cost savings, performance gaps, risks, and opportunities for value creation. Proven experience leading Finance, HR, and IT functions, with the ability to provide strategic direction while remaining actively engaged in execution within a lean, fast-paced organization. Strong M&A experience required; experience within a private equity-backed organization and working with Boards, investors, lenders, and other executive stakeholders is highly preferred.
Salary:
$205K-$225K/year + Bonus.
