We partner with established businesses across the country, providing strategic resources and operational support while preserving the local expertise, relationships, and cultures that make each organization successful. Position Summary Stonegrove Roofing Partners is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer to provide strategic and operational financial leadership across the organization. As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will oversee the companys financial strategy, reporting, planning, controls, and overall financial performance. The ideal candidate is a collaborative and business-minded leader who can operate effectively in a growing, multi-entity organization. This individual will partner closely with executive leadership and business leaders to support informed decision-making, sustainable growth, and continued operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Lead the organizations overall financial strategy, planning, and performance Oversee accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash management Establish and maintain effective financial controls, policies, and processes Provide financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership Partner with business leaders to evaluate performance and identify opportunities for improvement Support strategic initiatives, integrations, investments, and organizational growth Manage relationships with external financial, banking, audit, tax, and advisory partners Develop and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team Ensure compliance with applicable financial, tax, reporting, and regulatory requirements Provide clear and timely reporting to key organizational stakeholders Qualifications Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, business, or a related field Significant progressive financial leadership experience Previous experience serving as a CFO or senior finance executive preferred Experience supporting a multi-location, multi-entity, or growth-oriented organization Strong knowledge of financial reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and internal controls Demonstrated ability to translate financial information into actionable business insights Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills CPA, MBA, or other relevant advanced credential preferred What Stonegrove Offers Competitive executive compensation Performance-based incentive opportunity Comprehensive benefits package Opportunity to help shape the financial strategy of a growing organization Collaborative and entrepreneurial leadership environment Stonegrove Roofing Partners is an equal opportunity employer. Compensation:
