Head of FP&A

• up to $210K Base Salary A private equity-backed manufacturing company in the Greater Cleveland area is seeking a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis.

This role reports directly to the CFO and will lead a team of three. This position owns budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial analysis while improving FP&A processes and reporting. This is a hands-on leadership role for an organized, responsive professional who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. Own monthly and quarterly management reporting, KPIs, and variance analysis Consolidate forecasts across business units and improve forecast accuracy Analyze revenue, EBITDA, margins, working capital, inventory, and cash flow Partner with accounting, operations, and leadership to evaluate financial performance Improve and standardize FP&A processes and reporting Support reporting and analysis for the CFO, executive team, Board, and private equity sponsor

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required. Minimum 8+ years of progressive finance, accounting, or FP&A experience Public accounting experience strongly preferred; CPA highly preferred Manufacturing experience preferred; private equity-backed experience is a plus Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting and finance professional to join a growing team. The expected compensation range is between $150K

• 210K base salary, plus bonus.
