40131 Key Responsibilities & Details Responsibilities Oversee the preparation of comprehensive financial statements in accordance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles). Manage general ledger accounting, month end close, balance sheet reconciliation to ensure accuracy and completeness Supervise the accounting team Oversee cash management activities, including cash flow forecasting, and monitoring using various financial software platforms Prepare detailed financial reports for internal stakeholders and external auditors to facilitate transparency and accountability Prepare and analyze budgeting and forecasting Lead the month-end closing process, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded using double-entry bookkeeping principles Skills Strong knowledge of GAAP compliance BS in Accounting, MBA, and CPA a plus Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel Expertise in general ledger management and month end close Excellent financial analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets for strategic decision-making.
